With so much conflicting information out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure about what to do when it comes to your baby and child's sleep. From frequent night wakings and short naps to early rising and difficulty settling, it can be hard to know where to begin. Late-night Google searches or the idea of using methods like "cry it out" may leave you feeling unsettled and uncertain about what’s best for your family.
As a holistic and gentle sleep coach, I offer responsive, evidence-based support tailored to your child’s individual needs and your parenting style. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that gives you the tools to move from survival mode to feeling rested, present, and empowered.
Sleep is never just about sleep. It’s influenced by your child’s development, health, temperament, environment, and your family’s unique rhythms. That’s why I take a whole-child approach—looking beyond symptoms to understand what's really contributing to your child's sleep challenges.
Rather than relying on rigid methods or one-size-fits-all advice, I take the time to understand your family's unique circumstances and create a personalised plan that aligns with your values, meets your child where they are, and supports lasting, sustainable change.
With so much conflicting advice available, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, second-guess yourself, or lose confidence in your instincts. I’m here to help you make sense of it all by combining compassionate, intuitive support with evidence-based guidance. Together, we’ll cut through the noise, build confidence in your decisions, and create a calm, practical path forward for your family.

A little about me—and why I do this work.
Hi, I'm Tarryn.
If you've found your way here, chances are you're exhausted. Maybe you've tried all the advice, read the books, followed the routines, and you're still wondering why sleep feels so hard. I know that feeling because I've been there too.
I'm a mum of two young children, based on the south coast of Australia, working with families across Australia and around the world. Working as a sleep coach has reinforced what motherhood first taught me—that every child is different and that sleep is rarely just about sleep.
My daughter showed me there is no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep, and my son’s allergies deepened my understanding of how closely sleep is connected to a child’s overall wellbeing.
After experiencing the toll of sleep deprivation myself, I wanted to understand sleep more deeply—not just for my own family, but so I could help other families better understand sleep and find solutions that truly work for them. That journey led me to become a Certified Holistic Sleep Coach (OCN Level 6).
Today, I combine evidence-based guidance with a whole-child approach to help families understand what's happening and find solutions that feel right for them.
You don't have to navigate this alone. With the right support, understanding and guidance, lasting change is possible.
