A Whole-Child Approach to Sleep

Sleep is never just about sleep. It’s influenced by your child’s development, health, temperament, environment, and your family’s unique rhythms. That’s why I take a whole-child approach—looking beyond symptoms to understand what's really contributing to your child's sleep challenges.
Rather than relying on rigid methods or one-size-fits-all advice, I take the time to understand your family's unique circumstances and create a personalised plan that aligns with your values, meets your child where they are, and supports lasting, sustainable change.
With so much conflicting advice available, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, second-guess yourself, or lose confidence in your instincts. I’m here to help you make sense of it all by combining compassionate, intuitive support with evidence-based guidance. Together, we’ll cut through the noise, build confidence in your decisions, and create a calm, practical path forward for your family.

Tarryn Squadrito, Founder

A little about me—and why I do this work.

Hi, I'm Tarryn.

If you've found your way here, chances are you're exhausted. Maybe you've tried all the advice, read the books, followed the routines, and you're still wondering why sleep feels so hard. I know that feeling because I've been there too.

I'm a mum of two young children, based on the south coast of Australia, working with families across Australia and around the world. Working as a sleep coach has reinforced what motherhood first taught me—that every child is different and that sleep is rarely just about sleep.

My daughter showed me there is no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep, and my son’s allergies deepened my understanding of how closely sleep is connected to a child’s overall wellbeing.

After experiencing the toll of sleep deprivation myself, I wanted to understand sleep more deeply—not just for my own family, but so I could help other families better understand sleep and find solutions that truly work for them. That journey led me to become a Certified Holistic Sleep Coach (OCN Level 6).

Today, I combine evidence-based guidance with a whole-child approach to help families understand what's happening and find solutions that feel right for them.

You don't have to navigate this alone. With the right support, understanding and guidance, lasting change is possible.

Some words of gratitute

“Tarryn worked with assisting my 2 year old with his sleep. We found her to be not only kind and considerate of how we were already working with our routine but offered a whole range of knowledgeable ways to encourage a better sleep, particularly through the night. Tarryn's holistic and gentle approach really fitted with our values and we are so glad we chose to go with her.”

Some words of gratitute

“After many sleepless nights, Tarryn created us a personalised sleep plan that addressed our unique needs and challenges. With her guidance and support, we were able to establish a consistent sleep routine, which lead to my 1 year old finally sleeping longer stretches and no more false starts at bedtime!”
Rikki, Bondi Beach

Some words of gratitute

"We came to Tarryn exhausted and unsure what else to try with our 18-month-old’s sleep. Not only did she guide us through gentle strategies that actually made a difference, but she also picked up on things we hadn’t even considered might be affecting our child’s sleep. Because of her, we found the right support — and finally started getting some rest."
