When it comes to your child’s sleep, the real challenge isn’t a lack of information—it’s knowing what to trust. With so much advice, conflicting opinions, and pressure from social media, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure where to start.
Sleep coaching isn’t about learning a few clever tricks. It’s about finding an approach that genuinely works for your family. I take a whole-family approach that’s responsive, informed, and shaped around your specific needs.
Here’s what you can expect when we work together:
A Supportive Space – I listen with curiosity and care, creating room for you to feel heard—without judgment.
Truly Personalised Support – I look at your family’s dynamics, your child’s needs, and the context behind the sleep challenges.
Strengths-Based Insight – We’ll recognise what’s working and gently shift what’s not—at a pace that feels manageable.
Practical, Real-World Strategies – You’ll receive age-appropriate guidance that fits into daily life and helps things feel more sustainable.
Guidance that aligns with your values – Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your instincts and respects your parenting style.
A Collaborative Process – We work together to ensure that the approach aligns with your parenting values and long-term goals.
Holistic sleep coaching looks at the bigger picture—considering development, health, nutrition, environment, and emotional well-being to support natural sleep rhythms. While the sleep issue might be what brings a family to me, my role is to explore what’s contributing to it—addressing the underlying causes with responsive, personalised strategies that align with your child’s needs and your parenting approach. If any concerns or red flags arise, I’ll refer you to the most appropriate health or developmental professional for additional support. The goal is sustainable, respectful sleep support that feels right for your family.
No—I don’t use any methods that involve leaving children to cry alone, including cry it out, controlled crying, extinction, or Ferber-style techniques. My approach follows evidence-based, responsive strategies that prioritise emotional security, attachment, and long-term well-being.
That said, it’s important to recognise that crying is a natural form of communication for babies—especially when change is involved. While some tears may still happen during the process, your child is never left to cope alone. They are met with comfort, connection, and reassurance—every step of the way.
Every family is different, and so is every sleep journey. Some situations may respond well to small adjustments, while others require a more layered, consistent approach. That’s why I take time to thoroughly understand your child, your goals, and what’s contributing to the sleep challenges before we begin.
Rather than offering a quick fix, my focus is on creating meaningful, lasting changes that not only improve sleep, but also equip you with the tools and confidence to navigate sleep well into the future.
I primarily offer virtual consultations, allowing families to access personalised support from the comfort of their home. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person support, providing tailored sleep plans, expert advice, and ongoing guidance.
Each consultation includes a video call (recorded for you to keep) and a personalised written summary, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. Depending on the package, follow-up support—such as additional calls and check-in emails—is also included.
The Sleep Support Consultation is a one-off session to address current challenges and provide focused, practical strategies.
The Sleep Restore Journey offers a deeper level of support, including a full assessment, an in-depth consultation, and four weeks of follow-up to help create lasting, sustainable change.
I work with children from newborns to around 7 years old. Holistic sleep coaching is ideal for this stage because it’s tailored to your child’s age, development, and temperament. Whether it’s newborn sleep, toddler resistance, or challenges, the support is always age-appropriate and tailored to your family’s needs.
I’m a Certified Holistic Sleep Coach (OCN Level 6), trained through an internationally recognised, evidence-based program. My approach is responsive, practical, and rooted in science—tailored to your child’s needs, your parenting values, and real family life.
As a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants, I follow the Holistic Sleep Code and the BE SAFER framework to ensure care is respectful, age-appropriate, and always centred on your child’s wellbeing.
